Rails, Fences, and Gates

Rails are constructed from 4”x4” Douglas Fir timbers, cut to form an octagon roughly 3.5” in diameter.

All our rails are cut to an octagonal shape, sanded, primed and then sanded smooth again before two coats of High Gloss Exterior Enamel are applied to give a lustrous finish.

Rail lengths are determined by the customer. Standard lengths are 6’ to 10’ for normal schooling rails. I have provided 12’ rails for competitive events.

Colored stripes are applied over the base coat of white, and can be any color you choose. While I have several standard colors, if you give me a paint chip or color number I will provide you with rails in that color at no extra charge.

If more than one color per rail is requested, an additional $5 charge per color per rail will be assessed. This covers the additional taping and labor that is required for the additional colors.

Planks, Fences, and Gates can be ordered to your preference. Ladder and Lattice Fences start at $130. Chevrons, Pickett Fences, and other filler designs start at $150. Bring your ideas and I can quote you a price.
